Full Professor at the School of Sciences and Letters of São Paulo State University (UNESP) - Araraquara Campus, and at the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program in International Relations (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP). Advisor to the Pro-Rectorate for Research at UNESP (2025-2029 term). She coordinates the International Politics Thematic Area of the Brazilian Association of Political Science (ABCP) and the Jean Monnet Module at UNESP. Associate Researcher at the Regionalism Observatory (ODR), the Interdisciplinary Study Group on Culture and Development (GEICD), and the EU Research and Education Network on Europe in the World (Jean Monnet Network coordinated by the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium). She holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1992), a Masters in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (1996), and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the State University of Campinas (2001). She has been a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow since 2013. In 2024, she was an Invited Visiting Researcher at the Fudan Development Institute, Fudan University, Shanghai (China). She also acts as an ad hoc reviewer for CNPq, having recently contributed to the Special International Cooperation Program (PECI - Call 16/2025, Tracks 1 and 2). She has experience in Political Science, with an emphasis on Regional Integration, working mainly on the following topics: regionalism, paradiplomacy, Mercosur, European Union, Latin America, China, United States, SDGs, regional parliaments, parliamentary diplomacy, and international governance.
