Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Maringá (2004) and Master's and Ph.D. in Animal Anatomy from the University of São Paulo (2009). She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Biosciences Institute of Unesp, Campus of the Paulista Coast, and coordinates the Animal Morphophysiology Research Laboratory (LABMA).
