Assistant Professor at the Department of Education, Social Sciences and Public Policies (DECSPP), UNESP/Franca and the Postgraduate Program in Planning and Analysis of Public Policies (PAPP, FCHS/UNESP). Extension Coordinator of the Agrarian Center Terra e Raiz (NATRA), and leader of the Research Group on Environment, Development and Capital Crisis, of CNPq. I have experience and interest in the areas of Development and Rural Sociology, Environmental Sociology and Labor Sociology, working mainly on the following themes: theory of the structural crisis of capital, theory of metabolic rift, agrarian and environmental cuestion, socio-environmental conflicts; and rural social movements.
