Holds a degree in Nutrition from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (2005). Completed postgraduate training at Escola Paulista de Medicina Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), including a Specialization in Pediatric Gastroenterology for Nutritionists (2006), a Masters in Nutrition (2008), and a PhD in Nutrition (2011). Pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Hospital Universitario La Paz in Madrid through the VEN Teaching Program of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2011/2012), with activities in Neonatology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Pediatric Nutrition, as well as General Nutrition and Endocrinology. From 2012 to 2014, worked as a research fellow at IdiPaz (Research Institute of Hospital Universitario La Paz) and served as a visiting lecturer at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). Also engaged in volunteer work at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, assisting with the supervision of Masters students in the fields of Nutrition and Physical Activity. Currently serves as an Assistant Professor at São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), where she has been responsible for Clinical Nutrition courses since 2014. She coordinated the Undergraduate Nutrition Program from 2015 to 2020, leading the first proposal for curriculum restructuring and the development of the programs Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP - Nutrition). Contributor to UNESPs Graduate Programs: Graduate Program in Nursing (faculty member in the pool of collaborators since 2025); Graduate Program in Clinical Research in Pediatrics (co-supervision of a professional masters degree since 2024); Lato Sensu Graduate Programs (specialization) in Nutrition and Pediatrics (2022/2023); Public Health and Obesity (2018/2019); and Food and Nutrition Security (2016/2019). Proponent of the SIG Obesity Special Interest Group within Interssan, the Center for Science, Technology, and Innovation for Food and Nutrition Sovereignty and Security at UNESP (2016/2020), an international group bringing together researchers from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, and Colombia.Collaborating professor at the Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition Service of the Botucatu Medical School University Hospital (UNESP), providing outpatient care for children and adolescents, guidance/supervision of nutritional management for medical and nutrition undergraduates, and pediatric medical residents (since 03/2022). Has experience in the field of Nutrition, with an emphasis on Clinical Nutrition, working particularly on the following topics: gastrointestinal diseases in children and adolescents, obesity, and the application of Stable Isotopes in Nutrition. Awarded international funding in 2023 by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA/UN) - for the peaceful use of atomic energy - "Total Energy Expenditure Across the Life Course in Low and Middle-Income Countries" (2023/2028). Member of the Research Group on Clinical Nutrition Applied to Stable Isotopes and Metabolism, registered with CNPq (since 2024). Maternity leave between 08/2019 and 02/2020.
