This Agreement with CNPq aims at co-financing research, development and innovation projects intended to increase knowledge, understanding and use of Brazilian biodiversity in the State of São Paulo. It also aims at improving the predictive ability of responses to changes in cover and land use and climate change - through association of research to human resources qualification, environmental education and dissemination of scientific knowledge -, as well as at integrating expertise for the consolidation of the National Program for Research in Biodiversity - SISBIOTA.
