Abstract

In this project, we propose the organization, classification and cataloging of 800 cordel leaflets donated to Cedap - Documentation and Research Support Center - on January 19th, 2017 by cordon poet Gonçalo Ferreira da Silva (President of ABLC - Brazilian Academy of Literature of Cordel / Rio de Janeiro). At the same time, an online catalog of the collection will be prepared, preceded by a study entitled "Travels of the Voice: The 'movence' which consists of the investigation of the main European literary archetypes revitalized by the Brazilian literature, with a view to giving greater visibility to the collection and arouse interest in the study of popular poetics.
