Abstract

This is a qualitative research project as an intervention research that aims to analyze the professional practices of supporters of the National Humanization Policy (NHP) and the articulators of Continuing Health Education (CHE) and implement actions with the 24 municipalities of the Regional Health Department III of Araraquara. The research will use the methodological theoretical framework of the French Institutional Analysis, socio-clinical line. Data production will be held in fifteen sessions of discussion groups with organizers of the CHE and supporters of the NHP, with monthly, interspersed with three sessions of analyzes restitution and 48 semi-structured interviews with them. It is intended to map actions, difficulties, gaps and tools used by them in the performance of their duties. The expected results relate to workers learning about tools that can be used to trigger analysis together with collective of health workers of services that comprehend the municipal network towards contextualized learning, aimed at transforming the managing practices in the territories, and the opportunity to improve the care provided to the population.
