A quantitative and qualitative cross-sectional study to be developed in the city of Botucatu / SP, through four subprojects: I) "Vulnerability of women who have sex with women to bacterial vaginosis"; II) Characterization of the vaginal microbioma of women who have sex with women. III) "Psychological suffering and abusive use of alcohol in women who have sex with women"; IV) "Situations of violence experienced by women who have sex with women" and V) "Experience of women who have sex with women with the care of their sexual and reproductive health." The composition of the WSW group will occur through dissemination of the research and applying the snowball sampling technique and the group of women who have sex with men by invitation only to those who attend the service for any activity. The quantitative data will be obtained through the application of a standardized questionnaire, validated instruments (AUDIT and SRQ-20), gynecological examination and analyzed by descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney test, chi-square or Fisher's exact test and multiple logistic regression. The qualitative data will be obtained by non-directive interview, based on guiding questions and will be analyzed using the grounded theory. (AU)
