The methodological approaches used will be: quantitative and qualitative studies. The scenario will be healthcare organizations from regional department. The research will be executed in 24 months and will cover sub-projects to contribute to evidence-based management. As results, it is expected to build, implement and implement instruments and actions that support the management processes. (AU)
