Abstract

It is equipment with disruptive technology for making popsicles, capable of reducing the freezing time of each popsicle from 12 to up to 1 minute, using only 30% of the space occupied by conventional machines.The technology will be used in an innovative way in both industries and locations that will produce a popsicle at a time, in front of the final consumer, along the lines of "soft" ice cream offered in fast food chains such as McDonald's.
