Abstract

In last years, Brasil crosses a serious economic crisis which impact strongly the Brazilian society. The unemployment rate is above 12% and poverty and extreme poverty are on the rise. Furthermore, People continually seek for job offers that best match their expectations as economic, professional, and other pretensions. On the other hand, companies also seek for professionals better prepared to cover the jobs offered by them. Thus, several software tools appear as a solution to both problems; however, there is also great dissatisfaction with the quality offered by such. Considering this dissatisfaction and knowing about the urgency of market for a solution that mitigates this situation, Visibilia is developing the product called BeeNet, a solution that offers its users specialized services than those offered by the main competitors. These services are based on several algorithms related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Mining. In this way, BeeNet represents a solution with significant improvement in the effectiveness to the problem of offer and seek job employment. (AU)
