Abstract

Currently, the Boldrini Research Center(BRC)team consists of 11 (eleven) doctors and approximately 25 technicians and graduate/undergraduate students (doctorate, master or scientific initiation). Four main projects are underway: (i) analysis of minimal residual disease in acute lymphoblastic leukemia, (ii) study of leukemogenesis using an animal model of floxed IL7R mutant, (iii) production of monoclonal antibodies for therapeutic purposes, (iv) development CAR-T immunotherapy. The animal experimentation and flow cytometry units are the "heart" of these research activities. Therefore, our plan of use of the RTI resources is for the support of these two units. (AU)
