Abstract

The Center for Education and Human Sciences has, over the years, consolidated its vocation for research. With 89.5% of its professors registered in CNPq research groups and 20.6% holding scholarship for productivity from the same agency. This robust research performance reflects in the evaluations of its postgraduate programs, with 7 of its 12 academics programs achieving a rating of 5 or higher in the CAPES 2017 quadrennial evaluation. As a result of these products and processes, the Center constructed a building with FINEP resources to support the research activities of its various groups, especially those linked to postgraduate programs of excellence. This project presents an investment plan of the Institutional Technical Reserve planned for 2019, in electronic and computerized equipment for videoconferencing activities, group discussions, and events organized by research groups with activities at the unit.
