Youth, life project, human rights and future prospects

Abstract

This research project aims to make a longitudinal study, of two years, on the construction of the life project of young people and adolescents in the context of high school and EJA Fundamental II. The trajectory of young people and adolescents and their identity construction are central aspects to be considered, as well as the actions proposed by the institutions involved in this research. As specific objectives, it is proposed: - Map the proposals by educational policies and schools, as well as other support networks for the elaboration of the life project of high school students and EJA (Fundamental II), as the issue of identity and human rights is present. - Research who they are, how they live and what are the issues, anguish, expectations and projects of the young and adolescent participants of the research. - Follow the proposals for the construction of life projects of young people and adolescents from the actions developed in schools and other institutions that work with them, mapping the partnerships and possible safety nets during the 2 years of the research. - Conduct improvement course for schools and professionals of the institutions participating in the research in order to improve their work with young people and adolescents. The theoretical approach on which the analyses and actions of this project will be based are studies related to the biographical and identity construction of young people and adolescents with a view to the construction of a life project and the determinants of the social, political and economic impact in this process, as well as human rights studies in Brazil and worldwide.
