Abstract

The expertise of the Social Sciences has been challenged in new ways. And its communication strategies, and experimentations with other languages, inter/transmedialities, as a practice and as a motto for reflection, can also contribute to face these new challenges. This project is dedicated to a double movement of experimenting with the sound language, through the Mundaréu podcast, and to reflect on these issues, linked to transmidialities and science communication. How to communicate in a simple and clear way reflections that are produced from the perception of the complexity of social phenomena? How is it possible to make the results of research and theoretical discussions of of the area more intelligible, contributing to the construction of an effective, broad and comprehensive democracy? We prioritize the mapping of research in the field of anthropology of science and technology produced in Brazil, Colombia and Argentina, with antiracist, intersectional and decolonial feminist perspectives. The research topics will be treated in the light of the problem stated here: how to communicate results, dispute meanings, talk about the research on science and technology in Latin America with a broader audience than the scientific one, and exploring through podcasts the transmedia of sound, text and image? We hope with this research to think together about how to decolonize the techno-scientific project from Brazil, Argentina and Colômbia, and bring to it issues and demands that make more sense locally.
