Abstract

The visiting researcher will interact with researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and laboratory technicians in the Soil Microbiology and Soil Fertility sectors of the Soil and Environmental Resources Center, in different activities: 1- Theoretical/practical course on "omic" techniques applied to plant-microorganism interaction and soil microbial ecology, on November 7 and 8, 2022; 2- Lecture on the topic for researchers and graduate students; 3- monitoring of laboratory experiments and analyses, especially those involving molecular techniques and bioinformatics; 4- Discussion of research results originated from various projects in collaboration with the IAC and other institutions; 5- elaboration and finalization of scientific articles from research projects; 6- Discussion and elaboration of other research projects that may respond to the calls available at the time of the visit; 7- Thesis defense committee of Ana Olivia Fernandes on October 21, 2022.
