Asymptotic optimality conditions in optimal control

Abstract

The proposal of this research project consists in the development of asymptotic optimality conditions (of the sequential type) for optimal control problems with mixed constraints. Constraint qualifications associated to these optimality conditions will be established. An algorithm will be proposed for numerical solution of optimal control problems whose stopping criteria will be based on the asymptotic optimality conditions. (AU)
