Abstract

The research activities of the Instituto de Física Gleb Wataghin (IFGW) are focused on the typical characteristics of the four departments of the unit: (1) Department of Quantum Electronics - DEQ; (2) Department of Applied Physics - DFA; (3) Department of Condensed Matter Physics - DFMC; (4) Department of Cosmic Rays and Chronology - DRCC. These activities are carried out with the support of several workshops (Mechanics, Vacuum, Cryogenics, Glassware, Maintenance), the John David Rogers Computer Center - CCJDR, the Library, the Technical Services Directorate (DST) and the Multiuser Laboratory (LAMULT) , in addition to the Board, which takes care of the general administration. Divided into 5 subprojects, this Institutional Technical Reserve resource application plan contains actions that seek to meet the current needs of general and specific areas of great impact to our Institute's research.
