Abstract

The research activities of the Institute of Physics Gleb Wataghin (IFGW) are concentrated on the typical characteristics of its four departments: (1) Department of Quantum Electronics - DEQ; (2) Department of Applied Physics - DFA; (3) Department of Condensed Matter Physics - DFMC; (4) Department of Cosmic Rays and Chronology - DRCC. These activities are carried out with the support of the Specialized Technical Support Group (GATE) where the Multi-User Laboratory (LAMULT) is located, the John David Rogers Computing Center - CCJDR, the "Prof. Marcello Damy" Library, the Financial and Infrastructure Coordination (CAFI), in addition to the Director's Office, which takes care of general administration. Divided into 7 subprojects, this Institutional Technical Reserve resource application plan contains actions that seek to meet the current needs of general and specific areas of great impact on our Institute's research.
