Abstract

This proposal aims to support the Sampa+Rural Program, of the Municipal Secretariat for Economic Development and Labor of the city of São Paulo (SMDET), which aims to foster the development and improve economic and environmental sustainability of urban and peri-urban agriculture in the city of São Paulo. The project intends to contribute to the generation of knowledge, technologies and training, through basic and applied research carried out by the team of researchers in the areas of Plant Health and Environmental Protection of the Instituto Biológico and collaborators of the nstituto Agronômico de Campinas, the Agência Paulista de Tecnologia dos Agronegócios (APTA), and the Coordenadoria de Assistência Técnica Integral (CATI), of the Secretariat of Agriculture of the State of São Paulo (SAA). The proposal will also have partnerships with the startup Biome4All and the Associação dos Agricultores da Zona Leste. (AU)
