Abstract

The contribution of the project "Towards Internationalization in Biotechnology Research between USP and UNIMI" is directly related to the objectives of the thematic project. It is important to point out that of the 05 projects described by Prof. Molinari, 03 of them are directly financed by FAPESP through individual grants or scientific initiation, doctorate, and post-doctoral scholarships and linked to the FAPESP Thematic Project Process No. 18/25511-1. Since then, I have been constantly communicating via email and video conference with Prof. Molinari, and all the ideas that have emerged are being tested and discussed, including the formalization of a possible double-degree agreement between USP and UNIMI since we have an approved double-doctoral agreement between the two institutions, which is still in force (Anexo 1 - Convenio de Duplo-Doutorado). However, with your presence in Brazil, we will be able to meet and discuss in person all the points and results of the projects. This will be fundamental for us to define which group of results will be able to be published (at least 4 articles in international journals are expected) and what new directions will be taken. (AU)
