Abstract

The CCD HIS ESP project aims to create a digital platform on Social Interest Housing (HIS) of the metropolitan regions of São Paulo. In partnership with state autarchies, educational institutions, NGOs, and other entities, the project will collect data from reliable sources for analysis. Using Fuzzy methodology, the focus is to assess the results of public funding from the Casa Paulista program in four modalities. The goal is to train public officials and municipal technicians in Geographic Information Technology. Stages include bibliographic review, information organization, authorization of a transdisciplinary team, budget updates, and installation of the CCD HIS SP space. The methodology will be applied in different metropolitan regions over several years, culminating in the disclosure of results and impacts on the quality of life of the HIS population, with an emphasis on transparency and compliance with the LGPD. Expected results include contributions to administrative decisions, expansion of academic knowledge, and strengthening of local and regional ties and leadership. (AU)
