Abstract

The proposal aims to modernize the infrastructure of the Biotério Nanci do Nascimento at IPEN. The focus is on the renovation and acquisition of ventilated racks, implementing a laboratory for animal experiments with radioactive material coupled to a cell culture laboratory. Equipment such as Forratec will also be acquired to facilitate animal handling, as well as an anesthesia machine, in addition to the renovation of the autoclaves. The aim of this proposal is to improve the quality and safety of animal experimentation and to expand the capacity for collaboration in both research and innovation. (AU)
