Abstract

This project proposes a study of the implementation of technological solutions in Digital Health in the context of the São Paulo SUS, under the commitment to the sustainability of the actions of the Digital Health Center of Unifesp and to the evaluation of their impacts on the territories served. Developed in municipalities in Greater São Paulo, Greater ABC, Vale do Paraíba and Baixada Santista, the study is aimed at understanding the integration of digital technologies into clinical and management practices of the SUS, with an emphasis on reducing access barriers, expanding equity, qualifying care and health outcomes. The proposal articulates technological and social innovation through actions aimed at mental health, coping with violence, caring for vulnerable populations and supporting specialties such as orthoses and prostheses, ophthalmology and maternal and child health. The scope of the study is teleconsulting, teleinterconsultation, telemonitoring and teleeducation, in accordance with the LGPD and the principles of interoperability of public systems. In addition to the qualitative aspects, the study adopts specific indicators of structure, process and result, which will guide risk mitigation strategies and ensure the sustainability of digital health in the implementation sites. By investigating how, for whom, and in what contexts union health produces concrete effects, the project contributes to the field of implementation science, offering applicable evidence to promote inclusive, equitable, and transformative health.
