Abstract

Aiming achieving physiological validation of fecal and urofecal metabolites measurement of Amazona aestiva, 24 animals will be initially evaluated to determine the circadian pattern of excretion of metabolites hormone (cortisol, corticosterona and progesterone). Sequentially, the animals will be divided and four experimental groups to verify the pattern of fecal and urofecal excretion of theses hormone metabolites after challenge with ACTH. (AU)
