Abstract

The present study aims to analyse the transformations ocurred in the daily work of different professionals, about the implantation of an innovative management model in a public hospital of Ribeirão Preto city, São Paulo. The theoretical reference adopted is the Sharing Management that was widely studied by Luis Carlos de Oliveira Cecílio and Gastão W. S. Campos, among others. The objectives are to understand the organization structure of institution; identify the changes occurred in the communication, decision taking and power; identify and analyze the difficulties found by the nurse team in the change process of management style and recommend changes in nurse work organization as from identified difficulties. The qualitative research, through Case Study will proportion an ample analysis of implantation process from that participative and descentralized management style. The techniques applied for the data collecting will be the documental analysis and semi-structures interview. Among many techniques suggested for data analysis, we chose the utilization of Thematic Analysis of Contents written by Bardin. (AU)
