Abstract

In this research will be evaluated the presence of the pathogenic microorganism Giardia sp in the treated and disinfected sewage using combined disinfection with ozone-ultraviolet radiation, peracetic acid-ultraviolet radiation and chlorine-ultraviolet radiation. The amount of microorganisms Escherichia coli, Clostridium perfringens and the viability of Giardia cysts will be evaluated before and after the disinfection. (AU)
