Abstract

Bacteria clearence is determinat of clincial outcome. A deficient immune system allow bacterai grow and invasion, on the other side, an excessive inflammatory response will dammage organ and tissues.Lymphocyte apoptosis has been related to an unfavorable outcome of patients. Blymphocytes are responsable for a specific action against antigens with memory development.B-1 are a subclass of B lymphocytes, and produce almost all IgM, and are impotant in IL-10 production.The objective of this study is to analyze the role of B-1 cells in regulate immune response challenged by LPS (AU)
