Abstract

The Dr. Clément Vigneault, researcher of the Horticulture Center of the Agriculture and Agro-Food Canada, professor collaborator of the McGill University, and professor collaborator of the Unicamp, Campinas SP Brazil, during its sojourn in the UNICAMP it will go to collaborate in projects of research supported by the FAPESP that if finds in development in the Faculties of Agricultural Engineering, Engineering Mechanics and Food Engineering of this university, under orientation of the professors Luís Augusto Barbosa Cortez and Lincoln de Camargo Neves Filho. Basically, such projects objectify the study of the implantation of the chain of the cold, enclosing since the fast cooling until the storage and refrigerating transport of fruits and vegetables, and the project of adjusted packing more. Parallel, the professor Dr. Clément Vigneault will manage a course of after-graduation level on fast cooling of horticultural-fruits products. (AU)
