Abstract

The main activities during the visit of Doctor Piggott will be related with the project "Determination of sensory characteristics of cachaça produced in the state of São Paulo and to other related projects. Doctor Piggott will also help in the establishment of the "Cachaça Quality Center", "Portal da Cachaça" and the Manual for Cachaça Production. The Professor will also offer classes and conferences to students and professionals related to cachaça production. And finally the professor wills also collaborate with the informatization of the Brazilian Journal of Food and Nutrition, edited by FCF-UNESP. (AU)
