Abstract
Petr Horava proposed recently a gravitation theory which is power counting renormalizable. In principle that is a considerable improvement with respect the present situation found in General Relativity. However, Horava's theory is not free from inconsistences and although some of them have been surmounted there are still some objections to be clarified. Thecentral objective of the present plan of work is to obtain a consistent formulation of the Horava-Lifshitz at the classical and quantum levels. (AU)
