Abstract

We plan a visit of prof. Spinozzi with an aim to participate, as an invited professor, at the 1st School on SAXS data analysis that will be held at LNLS from 01 to 06 March 2012 (see attached document). Further, prof. Spinozzi will participate on 4-days SAXS measurements at SAXS1 beam line of LNLS, focusing on the amiloid protein conformational studies by means of SAXS. Finally, prof. Spinozzi will visit the Crystallography laboratory at Institute of Physics - USP. During this last period, prof. Spinozzi will have contact with some researchers at IFUSP who work with bio-systems (proteins and model membranes), discuss some projects as well as he will participate in the master degree defense of Elisa Morandé Sales (FAPESP no.2009/12485-3), under my supervision, at IFUSP.
