Abstract
Adipose tissue is an endocrine organ and high secretory metabolic activity, releasing several factors called adipocinas. Obesity promotes an imbalance in the production of those substances which consequently alters the cardio-respiratory function, lung function and autonomic nervous control. Currently, it has been suggested that changing the inflammatory profile present in obese promote amendments shall be considered a cardiorrespiratórias important factor in this population. Thus, the objective of this study is to analyze the inflammatory profile and capacity of obese subjects after cardiopulmonary weight loss induced by bariatric surgery. Evaluate morbidly obese 30 (IMC40 kg/m2), of both genders, before and after six months of Bariatric Surgery. For determination of inflammatory biomarkers profile will be evaluated: leptin, adiponectin, inflammatory factor of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), Interleukin 6 (IL 6), interleukin 8, Interleukin-1-²eta. Cardio-respiratory capacity assessment will be carried out by testing: spirometry, ergoespirométrico, by autonômico nervous control of the heart rate variability, six minutes walk test and manovacuômetria. The choice of statistical tests will depend on the types of distributions found and homogeneity of variances or not. (AU)
