Hugh Lacey will present during his visit the XXIV International Seminar, in 8 sections, proposing an intense interaction not only with others members of the Thematic Project but also with researchers of other paulista teams of research that will be invited to present expositions of specific matters and will debate with Prof. Hugh Lacey. The sections are linked to the presentation of the model of the interaction between science and values: its recent elaborations, the components which still are being worked out, and how the model permits to illuminate important characteristics of scientific activities in several areas of research. The seminar also aims to further the discussion about the central theme of the Thematic Project that consists in understanding technoscience in its various social manifestations. (AU)
