Abstract

This proposal develops based on the articulation of researchers of the University of São Paulo and other universities of the state of São Paulo, within the approach of integration of public policies, focused on the management of water resources. It is based on partnerships with the executive branches at the municipal and states level that coincides land use management with water governance. The focus is in the development of innovative methodologies on socioenvironmental evaluation, management of conflicts and social learning. The goal is to build capacity within the municipal managers engaged as to confront problematic situations and intervene and learn jointly. (AU)
