Abstract

The decentralization of the health decisions aims to improve the county participation, avoiding the isolationism of the central spaces of decisions, and the introduction of the strategies foreseen from the previous identification of the needed on the county regions. In spite of considering the difficulties of the implementation of a new educational process and a behavioral change, it is our proposal to identify the assumed appointments and the mobilization capacity of the county managers about permanent education in health in the Franca region./ SP. AnaIising the political strategies, we also have planned to describe the techniques adopted to direct the questions and present some indications to the implementation of the Unique Health System (SUS) and its politics. We intend to make use of the technical and scientific cooperation of our society organizations, with the aim to produce knowledge and to facilitate a greater access to information and to the analysis of the area of human resources in the health of the country.
