Global evaluation and optimization of dye sensitized hybrid solar cells


The activities of Prof. Franco Decker will be in the field of solar cells, more specifically on dye sensitized solar cells. He is an experienced researcher with a number of well recognized research articles. One important aspect is that Prof. Decker speaks Portuguese, which shall facilitate his interaction with different students. His research plans shall be on the following themes: fabrication and testing of counter electrodes for DSSC. Durability and efficiency testing of SC. Development of new materials for SC optimization. He shall also give lectures and visit 3 other research groups in USP and UNICAMP. (AU)
