Abstract

This multi-user equipment consists in an imaging spectrometer with CCD type detector fabricated by Horiba. The main application of this system is the micro luminescence imaging of semiconductor nanostrutures. This equipment is located at the acoustic modulation laboratory in the facilities of the Group of Optical Properties (GPO) in the Gleb Wataghin Physics Institute (IFGW). It is sponsored in connection with the Young Investigators Award (2012/11382-9). (AU)
