Abstract

The Graduate Program in Environmental and Technological Processes - PPG-PTA level Master stricto sensu in character Interdisciplinary, created in 2013 and approved by the MEC in August 2013, adds professionals in pharmacy, physics, materials, environmental engineering and computing, biotechnology and bioprocesses, and is focused on the research of technological nature. Are linked to this Master Program Laboratories of: Biomaterials and Nanotechnology - Toxicological Research - LAPTOX, Biotechnology, Non-destructive Testing, Thermophysical Properties and of Non-Metallic Materials. With the goal of optimizing the resources granted through the modalities of support under (PR Technological Ordinance 06/2011) Technical Reserve, this project aims to improve the flow of research developed in these laboratories by expanding the number of equipment and procurement new equipment needed for the improvement of research developed at the university. Considering the amount of financial resources, the option is to expand the basic infrastructure, earmarking the funds for the purchase of permanent material for common use by researchers and students of the graduate as well as undergraduate students and PIBIC PROBIC mode. Like most equipment is intended for the interdisciplinary field laboratories, we are asking different kinds of equipment that will meet the infrastructure needs of all laboratories, completing the lines of research in progress. Among the equipment we are requesting a analytical balance, Cutoff Machine, refrigerator, special gas cylinder (Argon), fluorometer, desruptor, among others described in the body of the proposal. With the acquisition of this equipment the number of students accepted by those laboratories may be enlarged without harming the flow of research and quality of work will also grow with the acquisition of the items requested. This proposal was elaborated considering the rules for use of the technical reserve funds granted by FAPESP, more specifically the provisions of section 6 of the same, sub b and c. (AU)
