Abstract

It's reconsideration request about the negative decision coming by FAPESP to the Plan of Use of RT Institutional FFCLRP. The amount to be received by FFCLRP USP (US $ 211,128.00) will be applied "within the rules and criteria set forth by own advisor in its opinion": ITEM I - COLLECTIVE MANAGEMENT: support and enhancement of collective infrastructure to support research which will be retired laboratories, adequacy of electrical networks, gas lines adjustments that will benefit at least 20 research groups, as listed in sequence. Such items are under the direct responsibility of the Management Unit. ITEM II DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGY: support and enhancement of collective infrastructure to support research which will be renovated laboratories, gas lines adjustments that will benefit at least five research groups as well as maintenance of 15 microscopes and magnifiers allocated in research laboratories . These items are the responsibility of the Department of Biology. ITEM III - DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTING AND MATHEMATICS: for the premises of the research laboratories of the Department of Computing and Mathematics, as the collective improvement of the data processing center, providing a better match and shared use, benefiting several research groups. ITEM IV - EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION: improvement of collective infrastructure regarding the research in the area of Education and Information and Communication, providing a better match and shared use, benefiting the research groups listed below ITEM V - PHYSICS DEPARTMENT (DF): collective improvement of power grid and central air-conditioning, providing a better match and shared use, benefiting at least 48 research groups. It is also planned to acquire 01 RLC bridge, used for characterization of inductance, capacitance and resistance of electrical circuits. This equipment will be used to support the development of biomedical transducers developed by DF researchers. ITEM VII - DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY (SD): The item will have 18 destination in the DP and justified to be within the rules of use of RTI in improving collective infrastructure to support research, providing a better match and shared use, benefiting the least 75 research groups. ITEM IX - DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY (DQ): collective improvement, providing a better match and shared use, benefiting at least 80 research groups as the central supply of gas, adaptations and facilities to shared equipment measures, instrumentation plants and air conditioning.
