Abstract

The occurrence of burnout in teachers can also affect their educative practices, their repertoire of social skills and the behavior of students. On the literature, such variables are approached as a independent way, what becomes their understanding difficult. This present study have objective to correlate and predict these variables: work conditions of teachers, burnout indicators and depression, educative practices of teachers, the repertoire of social skills and the behavior of students. 120 teachers will participate in the study divided into two groups: 1) 60 regular teachers with inclusion of students with disabilities and / or multi-functional features that participate in a refresher course in the form of distance learning on educational practices in Special Education and Inclusive b) 60 regular teachers with inclusion of students with disabilities and / or multi-functional features of primary schools (presential) of a municipality interior and São Paulo. To collect the data will be used: 1) Questionnaire on the perceptions of teachers about the teaching profession, 2) Inventory Burmout Syndrome - ISB, 3) Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire - Parent / Teacher Version - SDQ, 4) Patient Health Questionnaire - PHQ 9 e 5) Checklist of educational social skills and negative practices - Teachers. Data will be analyzed with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), correlation (Spearman test) and linear regression analysis. (AU)
