Abstract

The neutrinos oscillate! It was probed in many different experiments that neutrinos oscillate. One exciting research area is to understand some basic neutrino properties that we did not the answer yet. One question is if the neutrino is a unstable particle. We will test a scenario where the parent neutrino can decay into active neutrinos and a massless boson. These scenarios were tested for electron neutrino but never for muon neutrino. We propose to study the effect of decay scenario in longbaseline experiments and in astrophysical neutrinos. (AU)
