Abstract

This study aims to assess the current innovation process and also prepare a diagnosis of innovation management in Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein, highlighting some points which require improvement and how the experience abroad can strengthen the technology innovation center. We used the business model described in the book "The 10 dimensions of Innovation" of José Cláudio Terra Model this, proposing innovation management division in ten dimensions , assuming a systemic and integrated vision of innovation management in organizations.
