Abstract

The main product developed as a result of Technological lnnovation Survey consists of to meet The Two STAGES of challenge 1B, being the first one the design of the Mechanical Modules paragraph of the Embedded instruments called APEX, ELlSA and IONEX and Second Stage, A Structural System modification at the actual gimbal system, which is Used in ELlSA instrument calibration. The instruments Set of EQUARS Mission comprise several modules, that will be used to house the Electronic Circuits and other electromechanical components and Electro-Optical. These structure will provide a Mechanical Structural support, shielding from unwanted electromagnetic fields and ALSO allow physical contact with a platform, targeting the passive thermal control of the modules and make satellite As hum ALL. These modules have surface Commercial treatments such as ALODlNE 1200S, but Also some Specific Treatments such As EBONOL-C and even treatments that are still in research phase, such as bath Golden plasma immersion. Second Part of the challenge consists of the modification of the Current Structure of GIMBAL system. The GIMBAL System is part of the ELlSA Instrument Calibration System, which consists of hum electron beam in the instrument que And Exposed, varying the angles of incidence in relation to its input shaft. LEVERAGE develop structure with telescopic System Capable of supporting entire weight of the structure without having No type of mechanical attachment Vacuum Chamber. (AU)
