Abstract

The Telemedicine Portal is an online medical center. Our mission is to facilitate access to medical specialists, helping actively to minimize one of the biggest problems in health. We offer a service that covers all stages of the business of online examinations. With an innovative and unique technology in Brazil, the software integrates with medical equipment (including offline devices) through communication and IoT multi-protocol file services (Internet of Things). Entrepreneurs have prior experience of teamwork, working for 10 years in the fields of software development, and for seven years in telemedicine. The multidisciplinary team demonstrated excellence in technological development of Telemedicine Portal platform, including award-winning innovations Awards, such as: 1) direct connection with medical devices; 2) binary files Parser able to extract the raw data from dozens of variations of Labs; Mobile interface for realization of reports by medical experts. Confirmation of technical and commercial feasibility of innovation through the deployment of the solution in 203 health units. Make an intelligent city is an emerging strategy to mitigate the problems generated by the growth and aging of the population. According to market analysis, the low-impact environmental services has been excelling in Brazil and, telemedicine is one of the demonstrating exponential growth. The company operates significantly in sustainable management and smart health, covering different market segments, such as: medical clinics, occupational medicine, hospitals, home care, mobile units of health and medical experts. One of the greatest differentials of the products and services of Telemedicine Portal comes from the efforts invested in research, development and innovation. For the launch of Telemedicine Portal (2013), was carried out a profound study of market and competition (ITMS, Morsh, telemedicine da Bahia, DiagRad, Hi and Ventrix Health Innovation).Using an exploratory and qualitative methodology we have developed a mobile platform and intuitive based on feedback from users. So the competition is on to the price of the report, because the technological leadership of Telemedicine Portal is indisputable. Among our customers are: Brazil, Unimed Amesp, Usualmed, Schincariol, Odebrecht and BMW. The validation processes performed in phases I and II of the project given the structure of the software; stimulated innovations in the area of telemedicine, and; expanded the construction of strategic guidelines in the management of targeted health care of the population requiring expert assistance. Updates and software enhancements are the result of much research, development, innovation, commitment to team fundraising (edicts, fostering and financing), support of our partners (factories, medical equipment, Grenk Bank) and investors (IBM, Baita MCTI, CNPq, Accelerator, Campinas and IMA). Our current stage of development is reflected in a stable, lightweight and safe software, which meets exactly the needs raised by doctors, clinics and patients. Aiming high scalability of service with quality and higher productivity. We propose an Artificial Intelligence to automatically detect diseases (cardiac, cerebral and chest) and evaluate the technical quality of the exam. These tools will be incorporated to the platform of the Telemedicine Portal and offered to clinics and hospitals as unique differentiators in Software as a service business model. (AU)
