Abstract

The Project aims to support the development of the infrastructure required for research and innovation in the University of São Paulo School of Medicine and Clinics Hospital academic health system (FMUSP-HC). The investments are made according to the strategic plans recently revised and in combination to other infrastructure projects approved by Finep. The focus will be reducing chemical and biological risks within the laboratories installed in the main building of FMUSP; acquisition of equipment in order to complete the linkage of the pediatrics department to the high speed optic fiber of RNP; acquisition of back up ultra-low temperature freezers. The resources will be also invested to foster the use of multi-user equipment facilities and to support research and innovation management. (AU)
