This research considers the study numerical and experimental of flat (2D) and trapezoidal and corrugated (3D) OSB (Oriented Strand Board) particle boards manufactured with residual forest biomass and binder with organic matrix. This work will be of (Pinus sp. or Eucalyptus or Balsa - Ochroma piramidale) particles, organic matrix (castor oil polyurethane resin). They will be determined and compared the thermo-physical and mechanical properties, durability and microstructure and the optimization of the particleboards structural development will be for computational modeling by software Ansys ©. The results obtained will validate the use of the residual forest biomass as raw material for production of flat and trapezoidal OSB agglomerated with organic matrix and will indicate major potential uses for these materials in urban and rural construction application.
