Abstract

This study intends to investigate through questionnaires the representations and judgement about injustices that students from 5th grade of the elementary school and students from 1 st grade of secondary school from private and public schools make in schooling situations verifying the possible influence in these cognitions, from different social belongings (age, sex, private or public school). It intends, also, through observations of situation of conflicts in the school, in classroon, verify how much the representations of students inspire themselves in situations lived in its everyday, besides, it is intended to analyse how these possible conflicts are solved by the agents and victmes of these injustices. The theorical analysis to be used the thesis of the Psycology of Moral Development of Piaget, Kohlberg and Gilligan and on the Social Representations created by Moscovici.
