Abstract

The subject Teaching Practice, Supervised Curricular Training has been argued in the Brazilian literature from the XX century, sometimes criticizing the Didactic, sometimes asking the teachers' training. In a previous study of a scientific initiation related to this subject, taking focus to the mentoring process to students of Pedagogy in a situation of supervised internship, as well as teacher-collaborator's training (teachers of basic education that receive trainees), we found failures or limits on the training of interns in face of scholar institution, bringing this current research. This inquiry begins from the premise that the law indicates to the responsibility of higher education institution, but also the school in future teachers' training, but the school does not comply with the provisions of the rules nor offers more indicative of the subject, becoming the hypothesis of this research. Thus the aims are: (a) analyze the responsibility of the teacher-collaborator and the scholar institution in teacher education on internship situations; (b) identify the internship conception that each segment of the school (manager, teacher-coordinator, teacher-collaborator) is used to receive trainees, (c) propose alternatives for resolution in the absence of a proposal for monitoring the school. In the search results we chose a qualitative research, like social constructivism, and the observation, documentary source, semi-structured interviews and content analysis techniques chosen.
