Abstract

In recent years there has been a growing demand for services in emergency rooms, but today there is very little investment in human resources and continuing education projects that improve the quality of the professionals involved in the services and care provided by them to the population. Considering this fact, there is the need to intensify the educational activities in these scenarios as a strategy to qualify for assistance. This study aims to identify the educational activities used by the Service for Mobile Emergency Care of a municipality in the state of Sao Paulo - Brazil, in view of the coordinator and the nursing staff. Will be conducted semi-structured interview and data analysis will be used content analysis described by Bardin.
